When in France ? These Hotels Offer Romance

The clich? of France is that the air is full of romance, making it the perfect destination for newlyweds and those celebrating anniversaries. However, the rumors about France are completely true, but it?s where you stay that makes all of the difference.

At Hotel Chateau de la Tour ( http://www.lechateaudelatour.fr/ ), guests are immediately taken in by the 2002 restoration of the structure. With a design of a Provence estate, the hotel is surrounded by a lush garden that captures all of the senses. Staying in one of the thirty four rooms can yield an ocean view in some parts of the hotel, but you?re always just a short walk from the Cannes area beaches.

The French Riviera location of the Hotel also provides a large sundeck and swimming pools for guests, but if you?re looking for a more private area, the solarium gives guests a complete view of the ocean in the privacy of the surrounding gardens.

In Paris, the Hotel Claridge Bellman (http://www.hotelclaridgebellman.com/US/index.htm) is another fine choice for culture and romance. Within close proximity to the Champs Elysees, this hotel is truly in the heart of Paris? fine historical, shopping, and business districts. The hotel itself has forty two guest rooms, all with modern conveniences along with period style furniture, for that comfortable old-world feel. Guests are allows to choose the room that they prefer, rather than being assigned the next available, which is a unique trait among hotels in this day and age.

Never settling for anything less that the best, the Hotel Claridge Bellman also has an honesty bar in the main lobby that allows guests to fill out a form and have that charge added to their hotel bill. But if you?re headed out the door, you can find Sacre Coeur and Notre Dame cathedrals within a short ways as well as the Louvre with all of its cultural masterpieces.

In Nice, the Hotel Negresco (http://www.hotel-negresco-nice.com/index-gb.htm) is another often mentioned destination for the romantically minded couple. They offer a package that includes a tastefully decorated room, fruit basket, complimentary breakfast, as well as access to a private beach for a more secluded excursion. For those honeymooners, the honeymoon package offers a bottle of champagne as well as a special gift.

Voted one of the ten best hotels, Hotel Negresco is situated right on the beaches of Nice and is close to such cultural locations as the Chagall and Matisse museums. If your version of romance includes a little more action, Hotel Negresco can also offer a wide range of water sports for you to enjoy. Two celebrated restaurants are also within the hotel: La Rotonde and The Chantecler (both run by an award winning chef).

While many of the hotel packages in France are a little costly, the quality of their services and accommodations is well worth it. With beautiful locations and serene attention to detail, anyone can enjoy their special someone ? whether they have a reason or not. You don?t have to be a newlywed to explore your romantic side.
